Open accounts (known or approved credit ratings) net, 30 days from date of shipment. Overdue accounts are subject to 2% per month, service charge plus collection costs. To open an account please send 3 credit references along with request. All C.O.D. orders must be accompanied by 25% of total purchase price. All orders are accepted subject to prior sale of stock and crop conditions. We guarantee to ship good quality and true to description plants. We will replace or refund the original purchase price should our stock prove otherwise. We shall in no case be liable for any sum greater than the original purchase price. Claims must be made in writing within 5 days after receipt of stock. No packing charge is made when stock is loaded in bulk or truck or car. When stock is packed in carton, etc., purchased will be billed for material at cost. We will ship VIA UPS, Parcel Post, Motor Freight, or Truck. Please give shipping instructions when placing an order. Shipping is your responsibility. All shipments travel at purchaser's risk and expense.
